Loft in Space is unique as we design all our own loft conversions.
When building a loft conversion it is very important to be able to really know your house before the building process starts.
Right from the very first visit the design of the loft conversion is at the forefront of our process. Making sure a design scheme is included with the quotation to show that the conversion can be done.
When you have agreed the quotation price we comeback to measure up the whole house and go away and put it on the drawing board. Then once the drawing is complete it is sent off to a structural engineer to calculate the structural beams etc.
